More on Evolution (Devolution!)…! PandasThumb!

http://pandasthumb.org/archives/2015/03/fitness-surface.html#comment-340321

Sorry I will use an example!

I do not understand much of myself…!

How can I understand origins of life or how wrong in logic Evolution is?

Can anybody please make life in a Laboratory, then we can talk all it took!

If the pathways and roads to life are too complex or not known, we are merely speculating terribly in Graduate and Post Graduate Evolution studies! In which ignorant students are really rusted minds!

Think of analphabetism as a big end road in Evolution!

In pure logic, when from small basic elements to the end big product or thing or being, you find that there are things that are theories merely, like “consciousness”, cognitive Science, etc., you declare that basic chemical elements self formation to origins of life are also merely theories at best!

To declare the above does not tie us down in ancient Religions or with the Bible! Rather it shows Evolution Science to be rather of very little intelligence and logic!

April 6, 2015—Since its capture by the gravity of dwarf planet Ceres on March 6, NASA’s Dawn spacecraft has performed flawlessly, continuing to thrust with its ion engine as planned. The thrust, combined with Ceres’ gravity, is gradually guiding the spacecraft into a circular orbit around the dwarf planet. All of the spacecraft’s systems and instruments are in excellent health.

Dawn has been following its planned trajectory on the dark side of Ceres — the side facing away from the sun—since early March. After it entered orbit, the spacecraft’s momentum carried it to a higher altitude, reaching a maximum of 46,800 miles (75,400 kilometers) on March 18. Today, Dawn is about 26,000 miles (42,000 kilometers) above Ceres, descending toward the first planned science orbit, which will be 8,400 miles (13,500 kilometers) above the surface.

The next optical navigation images of Ceres will be taken on April 10 and April 14, and are expected to be available online after initial analysis by the science team. In the first of these, the dwarf planet will appear as a thin crescent, much like the images taken on March 1, but with about 1.5 times higher resolution. The April 14 images will reveal a slightly larger crescent in even greater detail. Once Dawn settles into the first science orbit on April 23, the spacecraft will begin the intensive prime science campaign.

By early May, images will improve our view of the entire surface, including the mysterious bright spots that have captured the imaginations of scientists and space enthusiasts alike. What these reflections of sunlight represent is still unknown, but closer views should help determine their nature. The regions containing the bright spots will likely not be in view for the April 10 images; it is not yet certain whether they will be in view for the April 14 set.

On May 9, Dawn will complete its first Ceres science phase and begin to spiral down to a lower orbit to observe Ceres from a closer vantage point.

Dawn previously explored the giant asteroid Vesta for 14 months, from 2011 to 2012, capturing detailed images and data about that body.

Dawn’s mission is managed by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, California, for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate in Washington. Dawn is a project of the directorate’s Discovery Program, managed by NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. UCLA is responsible for overall Dawn mission science. Orbital ATK Inc., in Dulles, Virginia, designed and built the spacecraft. The German Aerospace Center, Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research, Italian Space Agency and Italian National Astrophysical Institute are international partners on the mission team. [1] You do not want to War as a first option, a big war against a big army, with not known vast consequences!

[2] You try and seem no so vehement about the options you have or think about the Clerical Gov of Iran.

[3] So you try the use of time frames and deals, and sanctions.

[4] Obviously you hope time will bring forward a generation and Government that does not want Nuclear Atomic (Thermo nuclear) weapons.

[5] And you keep the headache or try to pass it on to future US governments!

[6] What to do? I think it could not be more complicated! Would a hungry poor Iran government want to suicide attack with atomic weapons or a more robust Government and country conditions! It is a tricky decision!

[7] Who else would join in a given War against Iran in their aid?

[8] Do you flatten vast areas, more than War Iran?

[9] Are civilians being really used as always, as human shields?

[10] Would Israel do the first attacks to see the results and reacctions of Iran?

[11] We are all believing that the World, won’t permit a Middle east Atomic weapons race.

The likely deal with Iran won’t be perfect, but it still holds potential for making the Middle East safer.

Dictionary word: easter

before 900; Middle English ester, Old English ēastre; cognate with German Ostern; orig. name of a goddess and her festival; akin to east
———————————-
Word Origin
Old English ēastre, after a Germanic goddess Eostre; related to Old High German ōstarūn Easter, Old Norse austr to the east, Old Slavonic ustru like summer
———————————-
Word Origin and History for Easter

Old English Easterdæg, from Eastre (Northumbrian Eostre), from Proto-Germanic *Austron, a goddess of fertility and spring, probably originally of sunrise whose feast was celebrated at the spring equinox, from *austra-, from PIE *aus- “to shine” (especially of the dawn).

Bede says Anglo-Saxon Christians adopted her name and many of the celebratory practices for their Mass of Christ’s resurrection. Ultimately related to east. Almost all neighboring languages use a variant of Latin Pascha to name this holiday (see paschal ). Easter egg attested by 1825, earlier pace egg (1610s). Easter bunny attested by 1904 in children’s lessons; Easter rabbit is by 1888; the paganish customs of Easter seem to have grown popular c. 1900; before that they were limited to German immigrants.

Matthew 1:
18    Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

Luke 1:
26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.39 And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda;40 And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth.41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.43 And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.50 And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree.53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.54 He hath holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;55 As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.56 And Mary abode with her about three months, and returned to her own house.

Luke 2:
1    And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed.2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.

20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:

—————————–

Matthew 13:
53    And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?55 Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?57 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Mark 6:
1    And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him.2 And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

—————————–

…i could probably not doubt the story of Jesus in the extreme possibility of occurrences…!

…the problems are the details…!

…it is “dreams” and “seeing men as angels” telling them messages from this God of the Bible…!

…WHY DO they end up in a manger? Did they not have a house or tent? HOW WAS JOSEPH SO POOR? AND THEN A CARPENTER?
GIFTS OF GOLD do not make you rich or a carpenter after!
They fled to Egypt from Herod after!

…ANYWAY, JESUS WAS A “BASTARD” FROM A RAPE OR UNWILLFUL SEX ACT WITH THE “HOLY SPIRIT”(like a lab insemination…!), AS SHE WAS NOT MARRIED TO HIM, even if she stayed married mystically only and single to the Holy Spirit…! And not have a human father that made him illegal, until adopted, and making Mary illegal sexually, to have been a adulteress…!

…for “Big bad wolf” to come and eat us up if we are not good in this life and send us all to the Lake of Fire and Hell for ever, is not better than our Daddy and Mamma telling us the same child story!

…TO BEHAVE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NORMAL SOCIETY/SCHOOLING/PARENTING TEACHING FOR CHILDREN AND THEN DIFFERENTLY ONWARDS TO ADULTS! Not for Religions Imaginary beliefs!

…HAVE A NICE EASTER OF A IMAGINARY RELIGION AND JESUS…! The details of this story are not logical enough!

We all wonder what will happen to us after we die. When a loved one dies, we long to see him or her again after our turn comes. Will we have a glorious reunion with those we love or is death the end of all consciousness?

Jesus taught that life does not end after our bodies die. He made this startling claim: “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die like everyone else, will live again.” According to the eyewitnesses closest to him, Jesus then demonstrated his power over death by rising from the dead after being crucified and buried for three days. It is this belief that has given hope to Christians for nearly 2000 years.

But some people have no hope of life after death. The atheistic philosopher Bertrand Russell wrote, “I believe that when I die I shall rot, and nothing of my own ego will survive.”[1] Russell obviously didn’t believe Jesus’ words.

Jesus’ followers wrote that he appeared alive to them after his crucifixion and burial. They claim not only to have seen him but also to have eaten with him, touched him, and spent 40 days with him.

So could this have been simply a story that grew over time, or is it based upon solid evidence? The answer to this question is foundational to Christianity. For if Jesus did rise from the dead, it would validate everything he said about himself, about the meaning of life, and about our destiny after death.

If Jesus did rise from the dead then he alone would have the answers to what life is about and what is facing us after we die. On the other hand, if the resurrection account of Jesus is not true, then Christianity would be founded upon a lie. Theologian R. C. Sproul puts it this way:

The claim of resurrection is vital to Christianity. If Christ has been raised from the dead by God, then He has the credentials and certification that no other religious leader possesses.[2]

All other religious leaders are dead, but, according to Christianity, Christ is alive.

Many skeptics have attempted to disprove the resurrection. Josh McDowell was one such skeptic who spent more than seven hundred hours researching the evidence for the resurrection. McDowell stated this regarding the importance of the resurrection:

I have come to the conclusion that the resurrection of Jesus Christ is one of the most wicked, vicious, heartless hoaxes ever foisted upon the minds of men, OR it is the most fantastic fact of history.[3] McDowell later wrote his classic work, The New Evidence That Demands A Verdict, documenting what he discovered.

So, is Jesus’ resurrection a fantastic fact or a vicious myth? To find out, we need to look at the evidence of history and draw our own conclusions. Let’s see what skeptics who investigated the resurrection discovered for themselves.

Mantengamos nuestras mentes abiertas.

Evidence for Jesus

There are few who dispute that Jesus physically walked the Earth. Even secular historians largely agree on that point thanks to clear archaeological evidence, census documents and eyewitness accounts. Many other religions, while not recognizing the divinity of Christ, do acknowledge that for 33 years, he existed in human form. The more important question is, who is Jesus, and can we trust his claims?

Those outside of Christianity often state that while Jesus was a “good man,” or a “learned and wise teacher,” he is not God. Others dispute the accuracy of the Gospel. Jesus’ resurrection, which took place on the third day following his death, is our proof. Numerous witnesses who both loved and hated Jesus (including members of the Sanhedrin), acknowledge this fact. Without the resurrection, Jesus is not God, but a liar, and we would have no manner of atoning for our sins.

Did Jesus Rise From the Dead?

Atheist Bertrand Russell wrote in 1925, “I believe that when I die I shall rot, and nothing of my own ego will survive.”[1]  Well, that’s cheerful. Russell clearly bordered on the morose, but we’ve all wondered, with perhaps more optimism, what will happen to us when we die.  (read more)

My Art anagrammatter: “…another version of Eden…!”

My Art anagrammatter: “…another version of Eden…!”

…somebody told me I must be wrong!
…the serpent “the devil, satan” convinced Eve (the woman) otherwise, and to take of the fruit of the tree of the KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, instead of the TREE OF LIFE!
…what is worse the God (Jehova) of the Bible, does not want them then to eat of THE TREE OF LIFE after they sinned disobeying! So he expels them from Eden for good!

…WELL WHO SAID HE WANTED THEN TO EAT OF EITHER TREE ANYWAY…??? WHY NOT EXPEL THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE? OR REALLY, WHY THIS TRICKERY TRIAL???
When they were not ready for it! And their eyes were opened afterwards to some kind of REALITY/CONSCIOUSNESS, diferent than their INNOCENCE!

Now their eyes are opened to better understanding, so this God says, they chose the worst of the trees, and now I will not let them chose in a SECOND CHANCE THE BETTER OF THE FRUITS AND TREE…! To live for ever!

WHY? Because they could not live for ever anyway…! Most likely! Blaaaaaaahhhhhh…!

…Eeeeeeeeeekkk…!

The Bible justifies all this life always as a trial for a future judgement and finale…!!!

[[[“…

In this systematic philosophical critique of the major tenets of Christianity, Michael Martin examines the semantic and epistemological bases of religious claims and beliefs. Beginning with a comparison and evaluation of the Apostles’ Creed, the Niceno-Chalcedonian Creed, and the Athanasian Creed, Martin discusses the principal theological, historical, and eschatological assumptions of Christianity. These include the historicity of Jesus, the Incarnation, the Second Coming, the Virgin Birth, the Resurrection, Salvation through faith in Jesus, and Jesus as a model of ethical behavior.

Until now, an adequately convincing criticism of Christianity did not exist. Martin’s use of historical evidence, textual analysis, and interpretations by philosophers and theologians provides the strongest case made to date against the rational justification of Christian doctrines.

Do we fit on the planet?

Today humanity uses the equivalent of 1.5 planets to provide the resources we use and absorb our waste. This means it now takes the Earth one year and six months to regenerate what we use in a year.

Moderate UN scenarios suggest that if current population and consumption trends continue, by the 2030s, we will need the equivalent of two Earths to support us. And of course, we only have one.

Turning resources into waste faster than waste can be turned back into resources puts us in global ecological overshoot, depleting the very resources on which human life and biodiversity depend.

…World capacity of usage, which is the footprint definition, has a critical first limit, defined as year 2,050 , starting from year 2,030…!

…Simply because by then, we will surely know, where Global Warming is going to, and how long is the over-usage of our Planet going to catch up on us beyond return to a World we know today!

…THIS WILL HAPPEN MORE EVIDENTLY IN WORSE AREAS OF THE WORLD!

…THE LAST BASTIONS of more normal living will be over exploited then to worsen them also!

…HOW LONG WILL GOVERNMENTS AND HUMANS, DECIDE TO CHANGE THEIR ECONOMIC/SOCIAL SYSTEM STRUCTURE OF FUNCTIONING?

…Humans cannot go extinct because of over-usage of the Planet as such! It is what they do because of it that can cause, big mass deaths!

…THE SCENARIO OF HUMAN DISAPPEARANCE EXTINCTION FROM THE PLANET WOULD TAKE A MAJOR ASTRONOMICAL ASTEROID EVENT TO HAPPEN, OR A WORLD NUCLEAR ATOMIC MAJOR WORLD WAR!  A Bio-chemical event could be overcome!

…And even after this, most likely pockets of small human communities would survive!

BUT THOSE HUMANS OF THE FUTURE WILL SURELY CURSE THEIR ANCESTORS, and Religions!

Blue Brain and “Mind?” Project…! Wikipedia.org

Blue Brain Project

It is planned that the Human Brain Project and the Blue Brain Project (both from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne) will move to the Biotech Campus in 2014.

The Blue Brain Project is an attempt to create a synthetic brain by reverse-engineering the mammalian brain down to the molecular level. The aim of the project, founded in May 2005 by the Brain and Mind Institute of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, is to study the brain’s architectural and functional principles.

The project is headed by the founding director Henry Markram and co-directed by Felix Schürmann and Sean Hill. Using a Blue Gene supercomputer running Michael Hines’s NEURON software, the simulation does not consist simply of an artificial neural network, but involves a biologically realistic model of neurons.[1][2][3] It is hoped that it will eventually shed light on the nature of consciousness.[3]

There are a number of sub-projects, including the Cajal Blue Brain, coordinated by the Supercomputing and Visualization Center of Madrid (CeSViMa), and others run by universities and independent laboratories.

Goals
Neocortical column modelling

The initial goal of the project, completed in December 2006,[4] was the simulation of a rat neocortical column, which is considered by some researchers to be the smallest functional unit of the neocortex[5][6] (the part of the brain thought to be responsible for higher functions such as conscious thought). Such a column is about 2 mm tall, has a diameter of 0.5 mm and contains about 60,000 neurons in humans; rat neocortical columns are very similar in structure but contain only 10,000 neurons (and 108 synapses). Between 1995 and 2005, Markram mapped the types of neurons and their connections in such a column.
Progress

In November 2007,[7] the project reported the end of the first phase, delivering a data-driven process for creating, validating, and researching the neocortical column.

By 2005 the first single cellular model was completed. The first artificial cellular neocortical column of 10,000 cells was built by 2008. By July 2011 a cellular mesocircuit of 100 neocortical columns with a million cells in total was built. A cellular rat brain is planned for 2014 with 100 mesocircuits totalling a hundred million cells. Finally a cellular human brain is predicted possible by 2023 equivalent to 1000 rat brains with a total of a hundred billion cells.[8][9]

Now that the column is finished, the project is currently busying itself with the publishing of initial results in scientific literature, and pursuing two separate goals:

construction of a simulation on the molecular level,[1] which is desirable since it allows studying the effects of gene expression;
simplification of the column simulation to allow for parallel simulation of large numbers of connected columns, with the ultimate goal of simulating a whole neocortex (which in humans consists of about 1 million cortical columns).[contradictory]

Funding

The project is funded primarily by the Swiss government and the Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) Flagship grant from the European Commission,[10] and secondarily by grants and some donations from private individuals. The EPFL bought the Blue Gene computer at a reduced cost because at that stage it was still a prototype and IBM was interested in exploring how different applications would perform on the machine. BBP was viewed a validation of the Blue Gene supercomputer concept.[11]
Documentary

A 10 part documentary is being made by film director Noah Hutton, with each installment detailing the year-long workings of the project at the EPFL. Having started filming in 2009, the documentary is planned to be released in 2020, after the years of filming and editing have finished. Regular contributions from Henry Markram and the rest of the team provide an insight into the Blue Brain Project, while similar research tasks across the world are touched on.[12]
Cajal Blue Brain (Spain)
Cajal Blue Brain used the Magerit supercomputer (CeSViMa)

The Cajal Blue Brain[13] is coordinated by the Technical University of Madrid and uses the facilities of the Supercomputing and Visualization Center of Madrid and its supercomputer Magerit. The Cajal Institute also participates in this collaboration. The main lines of research currently being pursued at Cajal Blue Brain include neurological experimentation and computer simulations. Nanotechnology, in the form of a newly designed brain microscope, plays an important role in its research plans.[14]
